1) Pack Your Box
We’ll ship you a box that is large enough to hold the number of items you need digitized. Included will be packing materials and a pre-paid shipping label to send us your memories.
2) Expert Digitizing
Once we receive your box our experts will inspect everything to make sure the quality of the media can be digitized and then the process begins. You will be emailed at each step letting you know the process and when you can expect us to return your media to you.
3) Relive Your Moments
We offer the ability to view your content via a USB drive or disc set, your choice during ordering process. Either way your memories are preserved for you to relive in a format that will be around for a very long time.
Depending on the amount of analog content you ship to us to be digitized, and the format you want your content stored on, the process can take anywhere from 4-8 weeks to complete.
Don’t fret, though, as we keep in touch with you during the entire process.
So each time your memories move from one step to the next you’ll receive an email with that status update.
