Once we receive your memories, they are carefully tested and inspected to ensure it can be successfully digitized. We’ll keep you informed every step of the way with email updates, including project progress and estimated return dates for your original media and completed digital files.
3. Relive Your Moments
Enjoy your digitized memories your way. Every Peak Reels digitizing kit includes one month of complimentary cloud access, and we can also deliver your files on USB drives, DVD or Blu-ray discs, or even help set up a personal YouTube channel for easy viewing and sharing.

Our team carefully converts your memories into high-quality digital files and performs quality checks throughout the process. Once complete, your digitized memories are saved to your chosen delivery format and prepared for return – along with your original media.

Your original media and newly digitized memories are securely packaged and shipped back to you. With your memories preserved in a modern format, they’re ready to be shared and enjoyed by family and friends for years to come.

All sales for our digitizing products are final. We test every USB flash drive and disc before they are returned to you and confirm they are designed to work in a standard setup.

Reorders
Peak Reels will retain your content on our private servers for one (1) calendar year from the time the order was delivered back to you. You will have the option to order additional copies at a reduced cost. After that year the content will be destroyed and any copies would be placed as a new order at full price.

If you choose not to continue our cloud service after the complimentary 30-day period, Peak Reels can create a personalized YouTube channel for sharing your memories. We’ll set up the channel to your specifications and then transfer full management to you, giving you complete control moving forward.
