By submitting media to Peak Reels, you represent and warrant that:
You are the owner of the submitted media or have obtained permission from the rightful owner.
You have the legal right to authorize the digitization and reproduction of the submitted materials.
The submitted media does not violate any applicable laws, copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights.
Peak Reels reserves the right to refuse service for any media believed to violate applicable laws or intellectual property rights.
4. Inspection and Acceptance
All submitted media is inspected upon receipt. Peak Reels will determine whether the media can be successfully digitized based on its condition, format, and technical limitations.
Media that is damaged, deteriorated, incomplete, or otherwise unsuitable for digitization may not produce optimal results. Peak Reels cannot guarantee the quality of source material provided by customers.
5. Turnaround Times
Estimated turnaround times are provided as a courtesy and may vary based on project size, media condition, order volume, shipping delays, equipment maintenance, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Peak Reels does not guarantee completion dates unless specifically agreed to in writing.
6. Payment Terms
Payment is required according to the terms outlined during the ordering process. Services may not begin until required deposits or payments have been received.
Failure to complete payment may result in delays, suspension of services, or withholding of completed projects until payment obligations have been satisfied.
7. Refund Policy
Refunds are governed by the Peak Reels Refund Policy. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in that policy.
8. Shipping and Risk of Loss
Customers are responsible for securely packaging media prior to shipment. While Peak Reels takes reasonable precautions when handling customer media, we are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage caused by shipping carriers, natural disasters, or events beyond our control.
Customers are encouraged to utilize tracking and insurance options whenever available.
9. Limitation of Liability
Peak Reels exercises reasonable care when handling customer materials. However, due to the age, condition, and unique nature of many media formats, Peak Reels’ liability for any claim related to submitted media shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific services performed.
Under no circumstances shall Peak Reels be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of data, emotional distress, lost profits, or loss of irreplaceable content.
10. Digital File Storage
Digitized files may be stored temporarily or as part of a cloud service offering. Peak Reels does not guarantee permanent storage unless expressly stated in writing.
Customers are responsible for maintaining backup copies of all delivered digital files.
11. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, designs, and branding elements, are the property of Peak Reels and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
12. Privacy
Customer information is handled in accordance with the Peak Reels Privacy Policy. Peak Reels does not sell customer information submitted through website forms, orders, or communications.
