2) Expert Digitizing
Once we receive your box our experts will inspect everything to make sure the quality of the media can be digitized and then the process begins. You will be emailed at each step letting you know the process and when you can expect us to return your media to you.

We offer the ability to view your content in the cloud or via a USB drive or disc set, your choice, during the ordering process. Either way your memories are preserved for you to relive in a format that will be around for a very long time.

If you wish to keep your cloud access beyond 30-days there is an affordable option to continue that service on a monthly basis.
Beyond that you can add a USB drive or disc set (DVD or Blu-ray depending on the size of your order).
Lastly we also offer a cinematic disc option. So you can pop in your DVD or Blu-ray and have a cinematic experience at home complete with disc menus and chapters.

The process can take up to 4-6 weeks to complete but usually done much sooner, depending on the size of your project.

All sales for our digitizing products are final. We test every disc before they are returned to you and confirm they are designed to work in a standard setup.
Any content that we have created, however, will be retained as the intellectual property of Peak Reels.
Reorders
We will retain your content on our private servers for one (1) calendar year from the time the order was placed. You will have the option to order additional copies at a reduced cost. After that year the content will be destroyed and any copies would be placed as a new order at full price.
