At Peak Reels, we are committed to providing high-quality digitization services while preserving your valuable memories with care and professionalism.
Digitization Services
Due to the custom nature of our services, all sales are final once your media has been received, inspected, and confirmed to be suitable for digitization. After digitization work has begun, refunds cannot be issued for completed or in-progress services.
Faulty Delivery Media
If you purchase additional delivery media, such as a USB flash drive, DVD, or Blu-ray disc, and experience issues within 30 days of receiving your order, please contact us for assistance. If the media is determined to be defective or faulty under normal use, Peak Reels will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
Replacement Process
To request a replacement, customers must notify Peak Reels within 30 days of delivery and provide sufficient information regarding the issue. In some cases, the original media may need to be returned before a replacement is issued.
Original Media and Digitized Content
Peak Reels is not responsible for issues arising from customer-owned devices, software incompatibility, accidental deletion, or damage occurring after delivery. Customers are encouraged to create backup copies of their digitized files upon receipt.
